Taster sessions

Mindfulness is the modern synthesis of age old Buddhist techniques with modern scientific knowledge. It is not hard to learn the principles but hard to stop the flow of unnecessary and harmful inner thoughts from taking us away from peace.

Typical content of the 1 hour taster sessions includes:

  • What is mindfulness?
  • The psychology and neuroscience of mindfulness.
  • Where does mindfulness come from? 
  • How to practice mindfulness.
  • Inroductory exercises 
  • Mindfulness and everyday living
  • Continuing to study

Group sessions are available regularly lunchtimes or evenings
